New clients are almost always in the same position; they are staring down fast approaching deadlines and are lacking the experience and expertise to get their web app to market. Our clients need to get their problems solved as quickly as possible and be able to show all stakeholders involved that things are under control and on track. Conference calls and back and forth e-mails cannot convey near the amount of information as face to face meetings where thoughts and ideas can be more easily explored collaboratively. Meeting in person with our clients helps us better understand what they are asking for and discover exactly what they need to get their web apps to market.
